The earlier the better however generally one day notice is required. We may also be able to deliver on the same day as long as you book a bin early that morning.

Payment is to be made prior to or at the time of delivery. We accept Cash, Eftpos, Visa and Mastercard.

Bins may be filled level with the rim of the bin. Due to strict road safety regulations we cannot carry bins that have been filled above the sides of the bin.

The normal hire period is four days including the drop off and pick up days. If you require the bin for a longer period please discuss when booking the bin.

If a bin is placed on council property (on the nature strip or on the road) a council permit is required. We are accredited with all of the councils and can arrange the permit on your behalf as part of your booking. Permit costs vary depending on the council.

Our focus is on the recycling of waste rather than landfill. All of our bins are sorted at our transfer station, and as much as possible is retrieved for recycling. Any remaining materials deemed non-recyclable are directed to landfill.

We do not accept asbestos, food waste, gas bottles, paints, oils, chemicals, empty chemical containers and tree trunks.
